Return and Refund Policy

At PlinthsNY, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our acrylic plinths and risers. Our products are designed to enhance your displays with elegance and durability. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products purchased.

Damaged Items:

While we do not anticipate damage during transit, we understand that accidents can happen. If you receive a damaged item, the responsibility lies with the shipping carrier. Here’s what to do if your item arrives damaged:

Document the Damage: Immediately upon noticing any damage to your item or packaging, document it with clear photos or videos.

Notify Us: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to report the damage. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and any relevant images or video evidence.

Claims Process: We will initiate a claims process with the shipping company on your behalf. We will require your cooperation during this process, which may include providing additional information or evidence of damage.

Resolution: The resolution of the claim will be at the discretion of the shipping company. We will advocate for a fair assessment, but we cannot guarantee the outcome.

Please note that while we will facilitate the claims process, PlinthsNY is not liable for any damages that occur during shipping. We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for damaged items. However, we are committed to ensuring that your experience with us is positive, and we will assist you in dealing with the shipping company to the best of our ability.

Klarna Orders - 14-Day Return Policy
For purchases made through Klarna, we honor Klarna's standard 14-day return window. Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original Klarna payment method—store credit or exchanges are not offered for Klarna returns.

  • Return Authorization Required:
    Customers must email info@plinthsny.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Approval and detailed return instructions will be provided.

  • Photo Verification:
    Customers must submit clear photographs of the item and its packaging before a return is authorized.

  • Packaging Responsibility:
    Returned items must be securely repackaged using the original protective packaging. Items damaged in return transit due to insufficient protection will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Condition Requirement:
    Returned items must be unused, in resalable condition, and include all original components. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will be declined for refund after inspection.

  • Inspection Upon Arrival:
    All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is returned damaged, used, or not in its original state.

  • No Restocking Fees or Store Credit:
    In accordance with Klarna's policy, restocking fees will not be charged. Refunds are only issued to the original Klarna payment method.
