These Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Messaging Terms”) govern the SMS/MMS mobile message program (“Program”) provided by PlinthsNY (“we,” “us,” “our”). By opting in, you agree to these Messaging Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Program Description

PlinthsNY uses text messaging to send:

  • Order updates and shipping notifications
  • Abandoned cart reminders
  • Promotional offers, product launches, and event-related updates
  • Customer service communications (when requested)
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting into our Program, you consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions

Delivery & Liability
